Welcome to a very, very groggy version of “Coffee Breath with Chris”. The second day of the 2023 NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament just so happened to fall on St. Patrick’s Day and it was a doozy, to say the least.
The big story: Purdue going down to Fairleigh Dickinson. For the second time ever, a No. 16 seed has beaten a No. 1 seed. Maybe more importantly, the shortest team in college basketball this year knocks off one of the tallest. That’s a shout-out to all you Short Kings out there. A lot going on today. A lot of great games. Get an egg and cheese if you wake up later. Go get your burger fueled up. Have a leftover green beer. Let the madness continue.
