This week, Kyler Murray signed a five-year $230.5 million extension with the Arizona Cardinals. But that’s not what grabbed our attention. It was reported that there was a clause in the deal that required Murray to complete four hours of independent study each game week. That caused such a stir that Murray came out defending himself and the Cardinals removed the clause from his contract. There is so much to unravel with this subject.
