The Cleveland Cavaliers are a -185 favorite at FanDuel to finish with more regular season wins over the Oklahoma City Thunder, which essentially would give the top overall seed and home-court advantage throughout the entire playoffs.

Cleveland is currently an NBA-best 52-10, while OKC is 51-11. They already split their two regular season meetings.

The Cavs are 17-point favorites over the Charlotte Hornets on Friday, while the Thunder are only 2-point home favorites over the Blazers. That’s because OKC is planning to rest several starters and reserves.

Of the other top three seeds in either conference, Cleveland only faces the Knicks twice. Star guard Jalen Brunson injured his ankle on Thursday night and there is not timetable for his return.

However, OKC still faces the Nuggets and Lakers twice, in addition to a road game in Boston.
