The Boston Celtics rebounded from their second home loss this postseason and have now become prohibitive favorites to reach the NBA Finals.

Boston leads its series with the Cleveland Cavaliers, 2-1. The Celtics are now -8000 at DraftKings to eliminate the Cavs, while Cleveland is a 20-to-1 longshot to advance.

Boston owning the top seed and New York’s mounting injuries are the Celtics are such large -425 favorites to win the Eastern Conference.

In the first round against Miami, the Celtics also lost Game 2 at home. Boston then won the next three games.
