Celtics respond, now -425 East faves

The Boston Celtics rebounded from their second home loss this postseason and have now become prohibitive favorites to reach the NBA Finals.

Boston leads its series with the Cleveland Cavaliers, 2-1. The Celtics are now -8000 at DraftKings to eliminate the Cavs, while Cleveland is a 20-to-1 longshot to advance.

Boston owning the top seed and New York’s mounting injuries are the Celtics are such large -425 favorites to win the Eastern Conference.

In the first round against Miami, the Celtics also lost Game 2 at home. Boston then won the next three games.
