Eagles +600 favorites to repeat

Fresh off a 40-22 thrashing of the two-time defending champions and hoisting the Lombardi Trophy, the Philadelphia Eagles are +600 favorites at DraftKings to defend their Super Bowl title.

The three AFC stalwarts, the Kansas City Chiefs, Baltimore Ravens and Buffalo Bills, are next with +700 odds.

The Detroit Lions, who were the favorites most of the regular season, are next with +1000 odds. However, both coordinators, Ben Johnson and Aaron Glenn, left the organization to become head coaches elsewhere.

The San Francisco 49ers entered this past season among the favorites but has +1600 odds.

The Giants and Titans have the longest odds at 200-to-1 odds.
