Live betting, often known as “in-game wagering”, refers to bets that occur during the game. Pretty much every wager that’s posted before the game is offered during the game — but with an updated line. So if a game starts off low-scoring, the updated over/under will be lower than it was to start the game. Most sportsbooks will also offer in-game prop bets, such as which team will score next or who will score the next touchdown.
