Tatum’s 3-pointer prop saga

Bettors have been riding a roller-coaster of emotion this NBA postseason when it comes to a particular Jayson Tatum prop bet.

In every playoff game, the five-time All-Star has had a prop of 2.5 made three-pointers. The over has only cashed twice in 13 playoff games. Those came in Boston’s most recent game against Indiana and the closeout Game 5 against the Cleveland Cavaliers.

That means under bettors cashed the first nine games of the postseason. He’s averaging 6.8 attempts per game and 35.1% shooting.

In Game 4 against at Indiana, his points prop is 2.5 with roughly -150 juice to the over. He’s coming off a game in which he made five three-pointers, which is three shy of his playoff career-high.
