Virginia: 3-0 (+450)

Virginia men’s lacrosse continues to dominate and maintain its top spot in the national rankings. In their most recent game, the Cavaliers secured an impressive 17-6 win over Ohio State, with key contributions from their talented roster of attackmen, midfielders, and defenders. With a total of 399 points as of now, Virginia has showcased a balanced attack and solid defense that has helped secure victories. The Cavaliers’ next matchup will be against Richmond, where they will look to continue their winning streak and maintain their position as the top-ranked team in the country. With odds currency listed at +450, Virginia is considered a strong contender to win the national championship, and their consistent play throughout the season suggests that they will be a team to watch as the season progresses. 

Notre Dame: 3-0 (+450)

Notre Dame remains one of the top teams in the country, currently holding the second spot in the national rankings with a recent 15-8 victory over Georgetown, demonstrating its offensive prowess and defensive tenacity. The talented roster has amassed a total of 377 points as of now. However, the next matchup against a formidable Maryland team will undoubtedly be a tough test of Notre Dame’s abilities. Despite this, Notre Dame’s odds to win the national championship are currently listed at +450, highlighting its status as a top contender in the race for the title. As the season progresses, fans and analysts alike will be watching closely to see if the Fighting Irish can maintain their strong play and make a run for the championship. 

Cornell: 2-0 (+1200)

Cornell continues to hold a strong position in the national rankings, currently sitting in third place with 357 points. The recent 12-5 victory over Lehigh showcases the Cornell’s impressive skill and cohesive play on both the offensive and defensive ends of the field. As they prepare for their next matchup against Hobart, the Big Red will look to continue their winning streak and further solidify their place as a top contender in the 2023 season. Despite a strong performance so far, Cornell’s odds to win the national championship are listed at +1200. However, with a talented roster of players and a dedicated coaching staff, anything is possible for this determined team. Maryland: 3-1 (+450)

Maryland’s strong performance this season is reflected in its No. 4 ranking and 337 points as of now. The Terrapins have demonstrated impressive skill on both offense and defense, thanks in large part to their talented midfielders and defenders, and with the recent 11-5 win against Princeton, the team’s defensive efforts were particularly notable. However, Maryland faces a tough challenge in its next matchup against a skilled Notre Dame team. Despite the competition, Maryland’s odds to win the national championship remain at +450. 

Princeton: 2-1 (+2000)

Princeton men’s lacrosse currently sits at No. 5 in the national rankings with a total of 276 points. Despite a recent 5-11 loss against Maryland, the Tigers have shown their potential as a formidable opponent and look ahead to their next game against Georgetown as they are eager to bounce back and continue their pursuit of a national championship title. Princeton has its work cut out for it however with it odds to win the national championship currently set at +2000.
